The price is fantastic value (the property was valued at over 800,000 euros when the market was stronger).

Whilst having very comfortable accommodation within the house this property is ideal for luxury outside living. Extremely inventively designed roofed and terraced areas.

We would recommend inclusion of an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom.

From our point of view the kitchen should be upgraded to match the quality of the overall property.

The combination of a private rural setting, yet with close proximity of Antequera town, and the upmarket golf facilties is rare.

Plus, an inbuilt income from the olive oil off the land. (This, incidentally, if you are seeking a holiday base rather than a permanent home, could be traded locally for property management in your absence).

Over 400 olive trees producing 1200 litres of olive oil per annum, plus fruit and walnut tress. Beautiful 360 degree panoramas including direct of Torcal mountains.
